This guide will cover basic steps for beta-testing one of Climatecoin’s core features: compensation. Climatecoin has demonstrated its bridge for on & off-chain credits during COP27, and this function will be open to project developers on a separate invite.

Climatecoin is currently in on Algorand and will evolve into a multichain bridge where owners of off chain credits can choose which blockchain to deploy their assets. Climatecoin will also have an auction protocol on Ethereum.

1. Choose your Algorand wallet

Magic Link (email)

Magic Link lets you interact with a DAPP with an email and does not require setting up a wallet.

1. Type in your email and enter the code sent to your email address.

   

MyAlgo Wallet

1. Go to https://wallet.myalgo.com/. Accept the Terms and Services

2. Create your password

   

3. Click “New Account”

   

4. Copy all mnemonic phrase and save it in a secure place. In the next screen, input the correct phrase.
